What will this equipment do?
The new fully modernized spectrophotometer permits us to continue to offer SAME DAY analysis reports on a broader range of forages and grains than was previously available. In fact, few labs have their technology refined to this level; and by upgrading the number of parameters we now test, you have the option of obtaining much more specialized data within a faster time frame. It's important to test what you're feeding WHILE you're feeding it. Did you know that a one week delay in receiving your test results can end up costing you $1000 or more in lost milk production (based on a 40 cow herd). And while speed is critical to accurate results, our upgraded NIR machine further increases accuracy via the extra equations we've added to allow for a wider range of results.

What does the new NIR Machine measure?
Our latest instrument instantly measures moisture, crude/available/soluble proteins, energy, ADF, NDF, lignin, calcium, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium. As well, we've calibrated our instrument to predict energy values for cattle using the most scientifically advanced formulae presently available.

What does the future hold at Agri-Analyse?
In the near future, we will be offering more types of tests on different feedstuffs - depending on customer demand, and of course technical feasability. As well as constantly monitoring new industry developments. Our primary goal is to continue offering timely, accurate analysis results to our customers using the most advanced techniques available.
